I usually use ffmpeg for conversion from animated GIFs to MP4s, but due to a persistent bug (involving a dropped final frame) that might never get fixed, I now use mostly CloudConvert CloudConvert.com, which gives equally faithful results, like the ones here, but without the need to work around the bug.
